ISON; It Ain’t Over Till the Fat Lady Sings

As you are probably aware comet ISON reached perihelion and made its trip around the Sun. What now? It is being reported that ISON after its trip around the sun has exploded and formed a large debris field, and guess what, it is headed our way. Now the questions remain; will it effect the earth, and if so, how?

I am not an astronomer and can only look at data that others provide, but when I heard of the demise of ISON I thought about what I posted a few weeks ago about the Australian observatory that predicted that ISON would explode when it rounded the Sun and its debris would affect the earth in December. ISON Debris to Hit Earth?

According to BPEarthwatch he has calculated that the ISON debris trail will spread to 150 million miles wide and has the potential to affect earth  in late December 2013 or early January 2014. Here is his channel link and one of his recent videos explaining this. http://www.youtube.com/user/BPEarthWatch

And here is another video telling of the same possibility.

Suspicious Observers also thinks meteor showers may be possible in January 2014.

Let’s not forget about the comet vision the man saw in the sky that featured a large cone shape and the year 2013. A Vision of Ison and a Confirmation of the End of the World!!!

And let me also remind you of the Hildegarde prophecy of a comet that is to affect the earth and specifically America during the end times; The Hildegarde Prophecy and Comet ISON—Good Bye America the Babylon

So what are we to make of this? Will debris from ISON affect the earth and if so, how? If the debris field is spreading out as calculated above then it will most likely effect the Earth. How would it affect us? Again if it will spread out as calculated then at the least we will see an increase in meteor showers. And if it spreads out as calculated and a large enough chunk hits us it could cause severe damage depending on how big the chunk was and where it hit. Want me to guess where some large chunks might hit? How about here.

And here.

Hey Dusty Crop Hopper remember, sometimes the movie is the message.

In pondering the possible effects of ISON on earth, the thought came to my mind of what was foreseen by David Wilkerson and posted about many times on Running from Babylon.

For ten years I have been warning about a thousand fires coming to New York City. It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut. Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires—such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago.

I guess the fires could be caused by riots or maybe the riots are caused by fires from a meteor storm. Hmm… that is something to ponder.

So is ISON a harbinger of the major events of the end of the world? Will the debris field from the comet hit us? Is ISON the comet that Hildegarde foresaw? “The Comet by its tremendous pressure, will force much out of the ocean and flood many countries, causing much want and many plagues. [After the] great Comet, the great nation will be devastated by earthquakes, storms, and great waves of water, causing much want and plagues.” Or will it pass without any major events occurring?

I am not sure, but if the 70th Week began on 10/29/10 and the Second Coming—when Jesus comes to the earth at Armageddon—will be at Rosh Hashanah in 2017, then I would say that it is highly possible that ISON is the harbinger of the end of the world and could be the comet that Hildegarde foresaw. And guess what else? If a large chunk of ISON has earth in its crosshairs we may not realize it until after it happens—surprise, a meteor just hit and caused a massive tsunami! Kind of reminds me of the major events of the end times how they will occur with most people not realizing it, till after it happens—surprise, WWIII just started and your in the end times!

1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.

2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 1 Thes 5

I hope you are not in darkness that the day should overtake you as a thief and you think that because ISON exploded, and we cannot see ISON that it is done with us—it aint over till the fat lady sings. BTW that is a coded message; see if you can figure it out.

So let us watch and be sober. And if the scenario above develops then I will conclude that ISON will be the sign of the beginning of the major events of the end times. That is if I am allowed to make that statement, for some Christians do not believe that celestial events can be signs, and try to discourage such notions. Maybe they should read their Bible where Jesus says there will be signs in the heavens.

I am glad the wise men did not have the attitude some Christians have about celestial signs—they would have never went looking for and found the Christ child. And excuse me if I dare suggest that bad times may be coming, and try to warn you so that you can prepare. I mean; what am I thinking, my name is not Ezekiel, only he is allowed to warn people. Oh, and as they say, if I was Ezekiel, I would only be allowed to warn you if I know for sure. So I guess we should tell the National Weather Service to only warn us of impending weather disasters if they are absolutely 100% sure it will happen.

Well here is something that is 100% sure—the major events of the end times are getting closer every day, WWIII and the impending horrific events that follow could start at any time and probably 95% of all Christians are totally unprepared for what is about to occur, because you have been lulled to sleep by the false pretrib rapture theory. Oh, sorry, I forgot, I am not Ezekiel and I am not allowed to warn you about those things.

In case you are one of the few who might want to learn about what is going to happen and how to prepare for it, you can download my book for FREE; The Coming Epiphany; Your Guide to Understanding End Times Bible Prophecy.

Note: The information above in whole or part does not constitute a prediction; it is a watch, based on a thesis that may be true or false.

Update 12/12:

The saying It aint over till the fat lady sings is a colloquialism. It means that one should not presume to know the outcome of an event which is still in progress. More specifically, the phrase is used when a situation is (or appears to be) nearing its conclusion. (source Wikipedia) In reference to Comet ISON it means do not assume it cannot effect us, because it still may. I also meant it as a reference to the signaling about comet ISON that was explained in this video.

  1. As a follower of Christ, I am to do that (follow). As a follower of Christ I am to present the truth of a persons plight apart from salvation. As a follower of Christ I am to warn by whatever means possible to the impending events whether spiritual of physical. Some will repent some will not. As for the 95%, they are unprepared for they do not see that they have a blended belief system. Praying for the Holy Spirit to give them eyes to see and ears to hear, and to give me just the right thing to say at just the right time is what I can do. And you are right most are not ready and probably even myself. But I have Christ and no matter what happens, I have Him. All of the flesh on the earth deserves God's wrath, He will decide, right down to the last molecule who will get what. Praise His name. How can we help one another to stand in faith in a time where everything is crumbling so quickly? My son Joshua and I a couple of years ago when we were called out of the Babylonian church wondered why we would even want to be called a Christian with all of what has jumped on that wagon.
And you are right about the lies about those who have been told they would be rescued. A frontal assault will not be of use, we must use the simple truth. God has promised eternal rescue from sin not temporal. He has, in the Word, repeatedly warned of trouble and trials. Pointing out the facts and giving people the opportunity to choose.
Most in Sodom were unprepared and most were destroyed. Despite Abraham's pleading.
Most are not ready for calamity, spiritually. That is the biggest problem they have. Eternity without God's plan of salvation.
I look like a nut to those who are perishing, I have been reduced to giving out simple truths. Most do not have ears to even hear that.

Christ reigns. He is worthy of our praise.

    1. Yes the most important preparation is spiritual, which starts with salvation., and nothing shall be able to separate us from the love of Christ!

  2. Hang in there brothers, as i try to do myself! Remember what Jesus taught us. "Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?" Lu 18:8. And, "Let both grow together util the harvest..." Mat 13:30. And, "And then many will be offended, (fall away)4624 will betray (hand over)3860 one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved." Mat 24:10-13. It's a sad fact our enemies will be those within the "church". A tare will never listen and will mark you out as one to hand over when the beast rises. But that is what this is all about; Jesus seperating the wheat from the tares before He sets up His Kingdom. Some will speak out and go into captivity, or will just be led to go, and will become martyrs. Some will fight and be killed. Some will be protected within the sphere of danger and live to see the rapture, maybe whole parts of countries. We all have a path God has selected for us. The outcome may not be what we expected or planned for. It will be a day by day, faith based, trusting and following what the Holy Spirit lays on our heart, or a dream, or a closed or opened door. We just need to endure and wait. The details of our path will become clearer as we get closer. Read the Christmas story, Luk 1-2. Some were waiting for years for the Messiah. Some it just "happened" :) out of the blue. God is in control of all this, we just need to hang in there brothers, and take it day by day! Merry Christmas! :)

    1. Amen to what you say, and I would add that through God's leading we need to prepare for what is coming. If we knew a hurricane was coming our way,we would prepare.

  3. Mr. Frederick, good morning from the great state of Texas...that is currently being covered by a blanket of solid ice and snow from winter storm Cleon! We don't get winter storms often here in the south, so we may as well enjoy it. :-)

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoy reading all of your posts. You have a true gift from the Lord to be able to connect so many dots and bring them all together in order to inform and warn anyone that will listen that time is growing very short and the hour has drawn very late. I believe you are correct about the 95% that are not even watching...the percentage could be even higher.

For Christians who are not watching, they are missing an incredible blessing, in that those who are watching are seeing the fulfillment of Biblical prophecies that so many earlier generations eagerly watched for. I just want to say though, that I do believe in a pre-trib rapture, but that does not mean Christians will not see some very hard times with much persecution before the rapture. The church of Jesus Christ has gone through many times of persecution, but Paul said that we are not appointed unto wrath, so I believe the Lord will come for us before His wrath is poured out on an unbelieving world.

I'm not trying to convince you of a pre-trib rapture, but I just wanted to write and say that there are many of us out here that have a pre-trib belief, but we are watching very closely all of the same things that you and many others are watching. I can honestly say that I have never heard any true Christian, including pastors and teachers that I listen to, claim that we will not see tribulation, trouble, and trial here on this earth before the Lord takes us home. We take very seriously the words of Paul that exhort us to "watch and be sober".

May the Lord richly bless you and keep you in your ministry, and may He continue to show you great and mighty things. One day soon, we will all be gathered together with Him where He is...and what a day that will be! Praise His mighty name!

Just one more thing...I have to know what "it aint over till the fat lady sings" means. I did not know it is a coded message. What is the meaning?

    1. Thank you for your encouragement. I know there are many who are pretribbers and are watching, and you are right, that God will take us out of here before His wrath starts. But scripture tells us that His wrath starts after the 6th Seal is opened and the rapture occurs.

      And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Rev 6.

So even though you are watching, if you are not preparing to be able to live without buying or selling for a time after the antichrist takes over the world, then you are putting yourself in a very bad situation.

  6. The fat lady starts to sing in the keynote, the keynote and ISON have similar functions in music theory. If a musical movement lasts 3 minutes or 7 minutes or 1260 days its the keynote/ISON that set the tone for what is to come.

  7. Armageddon was a good movie. I especially liked watching the capital explode and the skyscrapper. But what I really enjoyed was the surprise that the alien had on his face when he saw the bomb. I aslo loved the chase scene between the airplanes and spaceship crusiers. I also loved the comment by the black man when he said to the effect you stink like hell. I hope this is the right movie. I don't remember the title but I have watched the movie 12 times.
PS I am glad you fixed your header of your web page. Thanks for the tip to chapter twelve. Jardalkal (Johnny Appleseed). Do you think Ison is bringing wormwood.

    1. Armageddon is not a movie, but is the battle Jesus and the devil and his forces that have gathered to fight against Jesus. They are destroyed by the sword of His mouth--the Word of God.

I do not think ISON is wormwood, that does not occur until after the rapture.
