Even if WWIII doesnot start March 22, I still believe the antichrist's 70th week (a counterfeit to Daniel's 70th week which ended at Christ's Crucifixion) started October 9 of 2009 when Obama received the Nobel Peace Prize. March 22, 2013 is about 1260 days later and 1260 days before Sept of 2016. Don't be too quick to reject your timeline! it's probably more accurate than you realize!

ReplyDeleteTHX for your input and encouragement. I favor 11/10/2009 for the start--day 1260 would be 4/22/13. I sense that we are getting close, but I think it will take WWIII to confirm the timeline.

ReplyDeleteLove reading your posts but I guess we disagree on one major point! I don't see how it is that so many people determine the "he" is the antichrist. Read the comparisons below. The "he" is undeniably Jesus Christ!!! Your timelines are based on 7 years but there is only 31/2 years left to fulfill. I believe Christ will return at the feast of tabernacles 2016 a jubilee year!! It is "THE" covenant not "a" covenant. The Abrihamic Covenant was confirmed by Jesus.

DeleteI had a friend of mine who is very good in Hebrew give me his interp of the passage which is in The Coming Epiphany.
The “he” is the same person throughout the verse. Higbir is a hifil 3ms perfect verb, and the Qal root verb is gavar meaning “to be strong, to conquer.” A Hifil is “causative,” and so in this case the usage is “and he caused to be made strong” a covenant for the many for one period of seven. In no way does this imply that the “he” the antichrist originates the peace treaty. What it clearly shows is that the antichrist comes along after the peace treaty is in effect and he agrees with it and enforces its provisions.
Let me add that I also believe that we may see the Second Coming in 2016. I believe it will most likely align with the feast of Trumpets and the Millennium will begin on Tabernacles.

DeleteI'll pray you have your eyes opened to the truth. God doesn't require me to be an expert in the Hebrew language to understand a simple verse. Until this abomination of an interpretation came along all early christians knew that the "he" was the Lord Jesus Christ. Satan and his minions have propagated this lie about a 7 year peace treaty and sucked in most people (I to firmly believed this for many years). Many people will miss the times waiting for this peace treaty to be signed. God preserved his word for us in the King James Bible as he promised he would. I don't need to have the opinions of men interpreting his word for me in hebrew!! I have read "the coming epiphany" and it was an interesting read, but how could the supposed final 7 years have begun in 2009 if there was no peace treaty signed? He confirms it for 1 week (7 years) Where is the treaty and who initiated it?? Look seriously at what you are saying we can't bend and manipulate scripture to support our own idealogies. You haven't answered why other versions of the bible have dramatically changed the interpretation of these versus desolate & desolator are very very different and very dangerous alterations.

What was the last peace treaty that Israel signed off on? Doesn't this count as a "peace treaty"? Haven't we been in a war for the past 10+ years?

After Obama has finished decimating what is left of the US nuclear arsenal of course. The Russians will then invade Alaska and parts of Canada, but not the lower ’48. China will then invade across the Pacific. They will lose millions of troublesome young men, but they eventually get a foothold. Then their allies in Latin America will invade across the Mexican border… and the Red Dawn will break.
You can count North Korea in that mix as well. It has always been the plan of the Russians to use Iran as a proxy army to take control of the Middle East and the energy resources at play. But would any of them really come after the US?
